The spell has broken
The cord has snapped
I'm suddenly awake
And I'm all alert
The light is blinding,
And the noise is deafening.
And then I smile,It becomes a laugh,gradually
I laugh so hard that I cry,I wipe my tears
And I look at the world outside
The clarity is astounding
I don't know if I've seen like this before
I just know I can see beyond the wall.
